Family Connections supports and strengthens families that are involved with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. This is achieved through family-centered education, resource development, collaboration with community providers and family. Over the course of services, our focus is to link families to a continuum of community based sustainable supports and services that will support the long-term safety and well-being of children.
